My Review of Sanyo Easy Street™ NVM-4370 GPS Receiver
May 3rd, 2009 by Cynthia
Sanyo loaded with extras
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Large Screen, Acquires Satellites Quickly, Easy Menus, Easy To Read
Cons: NO POI FINDER, Inaccurate
Best Uses: Lots of extras, Budget minded
Describe Yourself: Power User
How are you with directions: Great w/Directions
This item is ok… it was faster than the Garmin 205 and 250w. Great for those looking for an entry model or have a new driver in the home or college student. But the Garmin had better shorter directions. The TomTom 630 is a far better choice than either as it was very fast and quick routes easy to use and you can type in say RADIOSHACK and it finds the RadioShacks in your area like the garmin but not like the Sanyo. Yes you pay a little more but you do pay for what you get. Garmin is eaiser to use for those who are tech savey. Sanyo has a lot of great features might as well buy a ipod phone. But TomTom 630 was great for the price speed and being accurate for directions.
